Accessibility statement
Preston Consulting Group is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
Our accessibility goal
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we continue to review content, design, and functionality as the site changes.
Measures we take
The site includes semantic headings, keyboard-accessible navigation, a skip link, labeled form controls, status messages for form submissions, descriptive link text, reduced-motion support, and responsive layouts. We also work to provide useful text alternatives for meaningful images, sufficient color contrast, visible keyboard focus, and captions or transcripts when media requires them.
Known limitations
Some older or third-party content may not yet fully meet our accessibility goal. Linked documents, external websites, and embedded services may be controlled by other providers. If a format creates a barrier, contact us and we will work with you to provide the information or service in an accessible alternative.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need help using this website, email info@prestonconsulting.com. Please include the page address, a brief description of the problem, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if you are comfortable sharing it.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility messages within two business days and to provide a practical response or timeline as soon as reasonably possible.
Accessibility in our client work
Accessibility requirements for eLearning, documents, video, and learning platforms vary by project. If you need accessibility support for a training initiative, tell us about the standards, audience, technology, and testing requirements during project planning. You can also review our eLearning accessibility checklist.
